Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Certain products such as intimate wear, customized items, digital downloads, and perishable goods are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email at contact@atomicity.in and we will guide you through the process.

Standard delivery timelines: 3–7 business days for metro cities and 5–10 business days for other locations.
In rare cases (remote areas or unforeseen delays), delivery may take up to 12 business days.
