Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

  • Certain products such as intimate wear, customized items, digital downloads, and perishable goods are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds
