Privacy Policy

This policy describes Vtrend (`com.atomicity.faceless`), published by DBQP ATOMICITY SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (Atomicity). Contact: contact@atomicity.in. Website: https://atomicity.in/.

Camera and face information

Vtrend uses the front camera for face tracking or the rear camera for full-body tracking to position and animate a virtual character. Camera images, face geometry, head pose, body-joint positions, and expression coefficients are processed on the device. Vtrend does not identify people, create biometric identity profiles, persist the tracking geometry or expression coefficients, or transmit them to a server.

Recordings and projects

When the microphone is enabled, Vtrend records audio for the selected take. Recorded videos include the live camera background and rendered character. Voices, surroundings, bodies, hair, other people, reflections, and tracking gaps may identify someone; the character is not a guarantee of anonymity.

Creator names, persona choices, imported character files, imported music and video clips, recorded voiceovers, captions, saved edits, scripts, project metadata, completed takes, and finished videos remain in Vtrend's local application-support library. They survive closing the share sheet or restarting the app. Temporary files are used during recording and rendering and cleaned up after a successful handoff; force termination may leave temporary files for later system cleanup. An unfinished recording is not guaranteed to survive force termination.

Face Studio saves the creator's manually selected parts, colors, and proportions as a character recipe. It does not derive or save a biometric face model from a photograph or camera scan.

There is no Vtrend cloud account, upload service, or synchronization. Local app data may be included in device backups according to the user's system settings.

Saving and sharing

Vtrend requests add-only Photos access when the user chooses Save to Photos. The system share sheet sends a copy to the destination the user selects. The policies of Photos, backup providers, and chosen sharing destinations apply to those copies. Sharing does not remove the local Vtrend copy.

Subscriptions and free exports

Vtrend offers five free completed video exports, followed by an optional monthly Vtrend Pro subscription for unlimited exports. Purchases and payments are handled by Apple. Vtrend uses Apple StoreKit to check verified purchase and subscription status on your device, including expiration and refunds. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

A completed-export count is stored in the local library and mirrored in the device Keychain to preserve the free allowance across ordinary reinstalls. It is not an identity profile and is not sent to Atomicity. The counter does not reset when a project is deleted. Subscription records held by Apple are subject to Apple's privacy policy and retention practices. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings.

Update checks

Vtrend requests public version information from Apple to let you know when an update is available. The request includes Vtrend’s App Store identifier and your device’s region setting, but no recordings, face information, creator name or project content. Apple receives the network information necessary to respond, such as your IP address. Updates are installed only through the App Store.

Analytics and advertising

This build has no analytics, advertising, account system, or third-party SDKs. It does not sell face data or use it for advertising, profiling, or model training. It does not send camera or microphone data to the developer.

Choices and deletion

Camera and microphone permissions can be changed in iOS Settings. Silent recording and camera-free demo mode are available. A project can be explicitly deleted through its options menu; this removes its local scripts, takes, exports, and imported editing media. Copies saved to Photos or shared elsewhere must be deleted separately. Removing the app removes its local container; existing backups are controlled through the user's backup settings.

Support and changes

If you contact contact@atomicity.in, we receive the email address, message, and attachments you choose to send so we can respond to your request. Do not include private recordings unless needed for your support request. We cannot remotely access the projects stored only on your device.
